Foo Kitty watches as I move into my 'new' upstairs room. He is not having any problems with coming upstairs to live. 

 I am sick and have been in bed all of today and

yesterday.   I probably will be down tomorrow too.  I will not be moving or cleaning for a few days.  The piles of clothes and boxes of craft materials will have to wait to be put away.

I spent last week with Trey....

  Of course, the best place for a Grandmom to be is with her grandchildren, so,  I have no complaints in that department.  Anna went to KS for the week and Trey and I hung out at 'his' place.  I was able to take him to school each day and pick him up after.  I actually enjoyed the morning ride with him.  We just watched TV or played video games while I knit a scarf for Sophia.  I also watched Sophia and Cohen for two days during the week.  To say I might have overdone it is an understatement.  Now all I have to do is put away everything that I own, and some more, as I moved out of my basement home and am back upstairs now.  Vincent and his family have moved into the basement apartment for the time being.  This will make it easier for all of us.  Sophia's pre-school is not two miles up the road from here.  She attends from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM each week day.  She still enjoys it....so far so good.

Margaret's yard is coming to life so I have some pictures of the daffodils and forsythia to show off .

Boy!  Did everything go high!  Anna bought me a wonderful cake/serving plate.  I am to take her a pound cake on it.  Well worth it, I say!

Sophia Goes To Pre-School

 

Sophia is all ready for her first day of pre-school.  She has packed her Dora the Explorer back pack and is wearing a shirt she picked especially for this exciting day.  The bright rose colored tee displays a beautiful shinny multi-colored fish swimming over it’s surface.  She looks rather anxious in these pictures but, really isn’t.  She had just gotten out of bed and dressed, she wasn’t up to snuff yet.  After breakfast she was rarin’ to go.    I’m  anxious to hear about her day.
