This is a window into the world in which I live. It is more often than not filled with the bright and beautiful; sometimes blanketed with rain and shadow. In either case, I will share what I am able to share with you in the hope of widening your world even if only by the tiniest bit. Thank you for visiting and do leave a comment to brighten and widen my world too.

LOST & FOUND
Here is our found kitty again. He has grown a great deal since Maisy brought him to us. Margaret said he was going to be called Lost & Found. I guess we'll call him Lost most of the time. He is still wild but not as skittish as he was, he'll come close to me when I feed him. And I've been able to stroke and even hold him some.

Foo-Foo keeping watch
Foo-Foo Kitty is enjoying being on the bed and watching the outside activities around the pool.
My bedroom is in Margaret's basement, right off of the hallway that leads to the pool. It is the only room down stairs that has any light coming into it. Since most of my day is spent in bed it allows me to feel more active. I believe Foo-Foo will enjoy it in here with me too.

My New Live-In Companion
This is my grandson. He has brought his long time buddy, Foo-Foo Kitty
to live with me.
This is Foo-Foo relaxing at his old home .....
And, below, you see Foo-Foo in his new home. He seems relaxed enough, he is eating well, and using his litter box. He'll walk around and check things out and even decided to jump up on my desk and try to steal some rubber bands, his favorite snack. When I told my daughter about the cats walking around in my scrapbooking area she and that he had taken some rubber bands she told me not to worry...... " You'll get the rubber bands back. "!
At any rate, I just couldn't tell whether he was hiding or sleeping or both when I took his picture. What is you vote? Relaxed or hiding?
P.S. The rubber bands are now under lock and key. He didn't ingest any when he was searching for contraband, he had played with them but, apparently decided mine were not as good as his other Mommy's as they were left alone.

A mother's pride
I am so proud of my adult children that I can't stand it. I've tried not to brag on them in this blog, but, I think it is time for me to sing their praises, and tell them, and the world, how very proud and blessed I feel to have the decent, responsible, hard working children that I have. In spite of of the challenges my mothering presented them with, and the challenges life has placed on them, they have been persons of great dignity in all aspects of their lives. They are the people any parent would be blessed to have had the honor to raise. They have conducted themselves as wonderful parents in the face of many hardships and educated themselves becoming contributors to their families, their fellow man and the world. And, best of all they are better siblings, spouses, and parents than I could ever have been. I thank God for them.
